Creoox AG · Last updated 3 July 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the xeoVision application (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
xeoVision is an application provided by Creoox AG that enables users to view and interact with 3D/BIM models in various formats online. The Service is powered by the xeokit SDK on the frontend, delivering high-performance 3D rendering, visualization, and navigation, and by the xeokit Data Engine on the backend, enabling model processing, conversion, and secure handling of uploaded models. The xeokit Data Engine may include different processing pipelines, including xeoRVT for Autodesk® Revit® RVT and RFA files where applicable. xeoVision is hosted on secure servers within the EU and is available to users without requiring login or registration. Some functionalities of the Service may require users to create an account and log in. Authentication is handled through Zitadel.
3. Use of xeoRVT for Revit® Files
xeoVision may allow users to upload and process Autodesk® Revit® files, including RVT and RFA files, through xeoRVT, the xeokit Data Engine pipeline for Revit® files.
Use of xeoRVT is subject to the additional terms of the xeoRVT General License Agreement (the “xeoRVT GLA”). By uploading, processing, or otherwise using Revit® files through xeoVision, you agree to comply with the xeoRVT GLA, including any restrictions relating to reverse engineering, extraction, standalone use, modification of embedded components, circumvention of licensing or security mechanisms, unauthorized access, unlawful use, and export control or sanctions compliance.
In case of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the xeoRVT GLA in relation to the use of xeoRVT, the xeoRVT GLA shall prevail for that specific use.
Autodesk® and Revit® are registered trademarks of Autodesk, Inc. Creoox AG, xeokit, xeoVision, and xeoRVT are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Autodesk, Inc.
4. Feedback Reporting
If you choose to share models or provide feedback through our Sentry feedback widget, you may optionally provide your business email address for follow-up communication. The use of this email is strictly limited to correspondence related to your feedback and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. User Responsibility
You agree to use xeoVision in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, share, or display through xeoVision, and any consequences arising from its use.
You are responsible for ensuring that the 3D/BIM models you upload do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents, and that you have the necessary rights or permissions to upload and share the content through xeoVision.
6. Data Security and Purposeful Retention
We prioritize the security of your data at every stage. Uploaded models and data are processed in a secure environment with stringent access controls and encryption to safeguard against unauthorized access. Models uploaded to xeoVision will be temporarily stored for a specified duration so that they can be accessed later by the user or shared with other users. After this period user access or sharing will not be possible.
To enhance xeoVision and improve our technology, we may retain anonymized versions of uploaded models. These anonymized data sets are used solely for research and development purposes and are not linked to any identifiable user information. This approach ensures your data contributes to the evolution of our product without compromising your privacy or security.
How We Protect Your Data?
Secure Processing: All data is processed on secure servers within the EU, with encryption and industry-standard security practices.
Limited Access: Access to any retained data is restricted to authorized personnel and used exclusively for technical development.
Anonymization: Data retained for development is anonymous and does not contain any personal information that could be used to identify the person.
Our backend infrastructure is hosted with Exoscale, a cloud provider with data centers located within the European Union. Exoscale adheres to stringent security standards, ensuring that all data processed by xeoVision is managed in compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations. Exoscale is member of Gaia-X (European Association for Data and Cloud AISBL), OCRE (Open Clouds for Research Environments), The Linux Foundation and Cloud Native Computing Foundation. This partnership allows us to maintain secure and reliable hosting for your data, with encryption and access controls in place to protect your information.
7. DDoS Protection and Captcha Verification
To maintain the security and stability of xeoVision, we use Cloudflare’s Captcha service to protect against DDoS attacks. This service may prompt users to confirm they are human if certain activities occur too quickly after page load. The data processed by Cloudflare is used solely for security purposes.
